Teaser calculator
A teaser moves every line in your favor and asks you to win every leg. It's only worth it when the points carry you across the scores games land on most, 3 and 7 in the NFL. Enter your legs and the book's price to see each leg's real chance and the value of the whole ticket.

How it works
For each leg, the calculator takes real games with a similar closing spread and counts how often that team would have covered the teased number. In the NFL, underdogs of +1.5 to +2.5 teased up through 3 and 7, and favorites of -7.5 to -8.5 teased down through 7 and 3, have covered about 70 to 76% of the time. Legs that don't cross both numbers are usually much weaker.
The whole teaser wins only if every leg does, so the chances multiply. A 2-team teaser at -120 needs each leg to win about 73.9% of the time just to break even (72.4% at -110). Pushes are counted as losses here, which is the conservative way to read them; many books instead drop a pushed leg.
Based on how often real games with a similar closing line ended on each exact score: 4,440 NFL games (2010 on, closing lines from nflverse) and 8,147 college games (2016 on). Every price here leaves out the book's margin, so a fair price is the break-even point, not a promise. Past results don't predict future ones. 21+.
